The Herbal Advisor began as my radio program on World Radio Geneva in Switzerland for Ex-Pats and English speakers. The stories, the patients, the recommendations I made for countless concerns, became the foundation for Conscious Body Natural Medicine, a natural medicine practice of certified herbals, homeopathy and therapy. Since the start of this practice almost 40 years ago, thousands of clients with hundreds of different symptoms, illnesses and conditions have walked through my door seeking relief and resolution.
They found it and so their stories and my cases are documented, discussed and explained here for you. These articles and notes will provide you with some general guidance, ideas to try and true natural solutions that are being used daily Conscious Body Natural Medicine today.
What I find myself missing is the silence and the time outs that were an inherent part of my earlier life; my life before cell phones, e-mails, texts, twitters, and the general oppressive and compulsive nature of technology. After I came back from a vacation, I found myself not answering my cell phone, not returning messages, not turning on my computer and generally craving being outdoors and unplugged. And an interesting thing happened.
